Job Description
• Lead Reliability, Maintainability & System Health Systems Engineering activities for Boeing Defense, Space & Security's SEIT Team in Berkeley, MO.
• Plan, design, develop, and verify highly complex lifecycle system-of-systems solutions; define performance requirements and optimize system architecture.
• Lead reliability, maintainability, and systems health analyses supporting mission success, requirements management, and assessment finding mitigation.
• Requires a BS in an approved technical discipline and 4+ years of related experience; Level 4 candidates require 7+ years, with Active Secret Clearance preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship, ability to obtain an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start, U.S. Person status under 22 C.F.R. §120.62, export-control compliance, first shift, and up to 10% travel are required; applications accepted until Oct. 16, 2026.
