• Remote RPO investment management recruiter role supporting specialized financial services recruiting in the Philadelphia suburbs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for professional through executive-level positions.
• Recruit across asset management, alternative investments, hedge funds, private equity, fund accounting, fund administration, investment operations, finance, accounting, risk, compliance, and leadership.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field as a plus, plus 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and financial services or investment management recruiting experience.
• Full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 to $110,000.
