Job Description

• Research Contract Analyst role with Boston University's Office of Corporate Research and Contracting in Boston, MA; work mode is not specified.
• Review and process high-volume research-related agreements, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Data Use Agreements.
• Collaborate with the Office of the General Counsel, Office of Technology Development, Sponsored Programs, faculty, administrators, and external partners to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
• Contribute to internal process improvements, strategic initiatives, and data analytics supporting corporate sponsored research and university research collaborations.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years' experience; previous contracting experience in an academic setting is preferred. Full-time/regular position paying $80,000-$90,000.
