Job Description

• Full-time, remote Research Finance Analyst II role with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute; employer location is Brookline, MA / Boston area.
• Manage complex post-award grant portfolios from setup through closeout, including invoicing, reporting, invoice approval, journal-entry reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Ensure awards comply with sponsor rules and DFCI internal policies; support audits and manage grant mechanisms throughout their life cycle.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a similar field, plus at least 2 years of research administration experience in an academic setting such as a hospital, nonprofit, or university.
• Requires PeopleSoft, InfoEd or comparable grant-management-system experience; intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables; salary range is $60,700–$84,700/year.
