Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic and developmental evaluations of children with autism, suspected ASD, other developmental concerns, and typically developing research participants, typically completing approximately 8 assessment sessions per week in a full-time clinical role.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized diagnostic, developmental, and psychometric assessments, including ADOS/ADOS-2 and Mullen Scales of Early Learning, and write evaluation reports.
• Communicate clinical impressions and assessment results to families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical research team.
• Participate in autism and early-child-development research protocols, experiments, data analysis, scientific presentations, abstracts, and manuscripts.
• Mentor undergraduate students and supervise or provide clinical guidance to trainees and non-licensed psychologists working toward licensure.
• Requires a California clinical psychology license, Ph.D. or Psy.D. qualifying for California licensure, prior autism diagnostic-evaluation experience, and compliance with background-check, physical, vaccination/public-health, and misconduct-disclosure requirements.
