Job Description
• Full-time Reservation Consultant, Group Sales role with EF Education First / EF Go Ahead Tours in Cambridge, MA.
• Hybrid schedule: work from home Fridays and collaborate in the Cambridge office Monday through Thursday; applicants must live in or relocate to Massachusetts or within commuting distance.
• Make outbound sales and follow-up calls, manage a book of business, generate new business, retain past travelers, and use consultative selling techniques to achieve sales goals.
• Requires strong telephone communication, motivation, accountability, analytical problem-solving, independent organization, and either 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree.
• First-year on-target earnings are $70,000, consisting of a $50,000 base salary and $20,000 bonus potential, with uncapped bonus opportunity; potential promotion after 2 years to Senior Tour Consultant with $95,000 OTE.
