Restaurant Manager (Hourly Manager)

Job Description

• On-site Restaurant Manager role with Raising Cane's in Brooklyn, NY, responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader and managing day-to-day restaurant shift operations.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant, directs crewmembers, manages cash accountability, and ensures restaurant zones meet company standards.
• Enforces operational and safety standards, maintains cleanliness and facility readiness, documents shift results, and takes corrective action when needed.
• Requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, age 18 or older, and completion of all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), staffing/scheduling and cost-management knowledge, flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and related travel; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Full-time position paying an initial $22.75–$23.50/hour, with competitive pay, monthly bonus potential, and weekly pay.
