Job Description
• Lead daily retail store operations and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled at the Desert Sky Mall location in Phoenix, AZ.
• Hire, develop, coach, motivate, and retain associates while reinforcing performance expectations, accountability, and selling behaviors.
• Deliver customer-first experiences through product knowledge, demonstrations, needs discovery, and personalized recommendations.
• Execute opening and closing routines, bank deposits, shipment receipt, floorsets, payroll coverage, operational action plans, and company directives.
• Requires prior management experience preferably in retail, high school diploma/GED or relevant work experience, availability for evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
