Job Description
• Retail leadership role supporting store management and guiding team members to achieve sales targets and customer service excellence in Magnolia, AR.
• Coaches and trains staff on product knowledge, customer interactions, store procedures, sales performance, and team development.
• Manages visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, store standards, customer wait times, and operational coordination.
• Monitors store expenses, discounting, and credits while supporting financial and operational objectives.
• Requires a High School Diploma/GED, with 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred; must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
