Job Description

• Part-time, on-site retail backroom operations associate position with TJX Companies at Sierra Store 0040, 3500 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO.
• Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences; maintain clean, organized, and recovered sales-floor and store environments.
• Process merchandise for the sales floor, uphold merchandising and loss-prevention standards, operate the register, process purchases and returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support shrink-reduction and safety programs, comply with labor laws and company policies, and provide or accept constructive feedback.
• Requires excellent customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, schedule flexibility, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to lift heavy objects; retail customer experience preferred.
• Starting pay is USD $15.50–$16.00 per hour.
