Job Description
• On-site, full-time Retail Department Coordinator role with TJX Companies at Sierra Store 0041 in Littleton, CO.
• Leads frontline operations, register coverage, cash controls, paperwork, queue-line merchandising, cleanliness, and loss-prevention execution.
• Trains, mentors, directs, and provides feedback to Associates while promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Requires a high school graduate or equivalent preferred, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, register/money-handling ability, heavy-merchandise lifting ability, and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred experience as a coordinator or in retail/supervision; starting pay is USD $16.75–$17.25 per hour.
