Retail Front End Supervisor - Full-Time

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Retail Front End Supervisor role with Burlington in Bessemer, AL, serving as part of the store leadership team across merchandising, customer service, operations, and human resources.
• Supervises store functions and associates as Manager on Duty, manages front-end operations, coordinates breaks and schedules, and ensures exceptional customer service.
• Trains, develops, and coaches direct reports; assists with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding; and participates in weekly workload planning.
• Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big-box, or specialty environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires ability to lift or handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand and walk for extended periods; pay is $15.00-$17.00 per hour.
