Retail General Manager

Job Description

• Lead the smooth and efficient operation of a high-volume, multifaceted retail customer service center in Burlington, CO.
• Manage Operations Managers, Assistant Managers, and other staff while driving customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory, ordering, stocking, and waste-management results.
• Oversee safety, facility maintenance, task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, employee development, and HR support.
• Apply budgets, profit-and-loss statements, and annual operations involving $2+ million in sales to improve business performance.
• Requires 2+ years of relevant management experience, including supervising and training 10+ employees; successful completion of a drug screen and background check is required, with possible motor vehicle and/or DOT Physical screening.
