Job Description

• Part-time, on-site Retail Merchandise Associate role with TJX Companies at HomeGoods Store 0432 in Westminster, CO.
• Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences through customer engagement, cashiering, credit and loyalty program promotion, and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Process merchandise, maintain merchandising and recovery standards, support loss-prevention and shrink-reduction programs, and follow operational and safety procedures.
• Requires excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, schedule flexibility, ability to lift heavy objects, and effective collaboration with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience preferred.
• Starting pay is $15.75–$16.25 per hour.
