Job Description
• Part-time, on-site Retail Omni Fulfillment Associate position with DICK'S Sporting Goods in Thornton, CO.
• Supports Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and Curbside pickup processes while meeting service-level standards.
• Processes received merchandise, maintains merchandising and presentation standards, and supports the customer shopping experience.
• Performs Omni-Channel loss-prevention activities, including daily FedEx Box Count Audits, while following safety, inventory-control, confidentiality, and standard operating procedures.
• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience is preferred; must be able to repeatedly lift 15–35 lbs., stand or walk for up to 4 hours, work at heights above 4 feet using approved equipment, and perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours continuously.
