Retail Sales Manager (Full Time)

Job Description

• Lead a high-performing retail selling culture, front-end operations, service standards, and sales/service KPI achievement at the Howell Township, NJ store.
• Coach teams on Customer Experience, ART of Selling behaviors, company policies, SOPs, POS/Self-Checkout, loyalty enrollment, and operational execution.
• Oversee Balloons, birthday parties, Knit & Sew/Cut Bar, Custom Framing, MCC/Extend, BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, and other in-store programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, support Asset Protection and shrink reduction, and train/develop team members.
• Requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience; on-site full-time work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings and physical activity including lifting 25-50 pounds.
