Job Description

• Retail Sales Specialist for Spectrum, a telecommunications and connectivity provider; work is centered in a physical retail-store environment.
• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to new and existing customers while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Build customer relationships, provide product support and education, overcome objections, and identify sales opportunities.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–5 years of sales/customer service experience preferred, and 1–3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience preferred.
• On-site retail work requires flexible scheduling, regular attendance, lifting up to 35 lbs., prolonged standing, and lawful U.S. work authorization without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
