Job Description

• Part-time Shortage Control Associate role with Burlington in Santa Fe, NM, focused on store security, theft reduction, and customer service.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-risk areas; maintain command presence; greet customers; and reduce opportunities for theft, shoplifting, and dishonest activity.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty; conduct associate bag and package checks; and uphold safety and security standards.
• Support training on shortage-reduction programs and processes and communicate theft-prevention information during store rallies.
• Requires preferred 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations experience; flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $15.40/hour.
