Job Description

• Burlington is hiring a Regular Part-Time Shortage Control Associate in Sheridan, CO, focused on retail security, loss prevention, and customer service.
• Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas; conduct associate bag and package checks; reduce theft, shoplifting, and other dishonest activities.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty, communicate theft-prevention information, and support training on shortage-reduction programs.
• Requires 1+ years of preferred experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations; confidentiality, communication, leadership, and disciplined decision-making are required.
• Must work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; compensation is $16.00 per hour.
