Job Description
• On-site, full-time Retail Store Manager Bench role with Michaels Stores in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
• Lead all store operations, team management, customer experience, sales/profit plans, KPIs, SOPs, company policies, shrink, and safety programs.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and develop a diverse team; manage performance and disciplinary processes and serve as Manager on Duty.
• Requires 5+ years of retail experience and 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.
• Base salary is $60,700.00–$81,000.00, with potential performance-based bonus; work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.
