Job Description
• Retail Store Manager for Family Dollar in Lepanto, AR; full-time, on-site store-based role
• Manage business operations, delegate store activities, maximize sales and profitability, and implement corporate merchandising direction
• Lead, train, and develop associates while delivering a positive customer experience and building community relationships
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; safeguard company assets
• High school diploma or equivalent and retail management experience are preferred; must communicate effectively, build strong team relationships, lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and occasionally 55 lbs., and perform frequent physical activities
• May need to provide background information and obtain specialized licenses to sell alcohol and/or tobacco products
