Job Description

• On-site Retail Supervisor role in Huntsville, AL, leading store associates and partnering with the Store Manager to deliver sales, operational, and customer-experience results.
• Attract, hire, develop, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain associates while reinforcing selling expectations, accountability, and customer-focused behaviors.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled; oversee opening/closing routines, bank deposits, shipments, directives, vendor relationships, maintenance issues, and operational action plans.
• Requires prior supervisory experience preferably in retail, proven sales/customer-experience/operations results, strong communication and de-escalation skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Requires a high school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience, plus the ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
