Job Description
• On-site, part-time Retail Team Member/New Store Set up Team position with Michaels Stores in Loveland, CO; PM shift, with work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with product selection, provide fast checkout and cash handling, promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and educate customers about VOC surveys.
• Perform truck unloading, stocking, planogram (POGs), merchandise recovery, go-back processing, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), AD sets, and omnichannel BOPIS/SFS processes.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs, company policies, applicable laws, and other requirements.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred; applicants must be at least 16 years old, satisfy applicable U.S. legal requirements, and be able to stand, bend, lift, carry, reach, stretch, and access high shelves by ladder. Base pay: $15.16–$17.70; application deadline: November 23, 2026.
