Job Description
• Program, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot robotic welding systems and robot programs for new and existing manufacturing products.
• Develop weld paths, torch angles, travel speeds, welding parameters, and cycle-time improvements while maintaining safety and product quality.
• Set up robotic welding cells, perform backups and software updates, document programs, and support preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, operators, and technicians on fixtures, manufacturability, weld defects, training, and continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of robotic welding programming experience in manufacturing, MIG and/or TIG experience, robotic platform programming experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; on-site Aurora, CO role with reliable transportation required.
