Rotational Engineer

Job Description

• Complete a structured two-year engineering development program with three approximately seven-month rotations across projects, applications, manufacturing operations, process innovation, and technical/field service.
• Perform entry-level engineering assignments applying engineering theory, standard techniques, procedures, and criteria across application, design, manufacturing, and aftermarket service processes.
• Develop knowledge of Ebara Elliott Energy’s rotating equipment products and engineering organization while working primarily in Jeannette, PA and completing a field or service-shop assignment, potentially near Houston, TX.
• Earn a four-year engineering degree from an accredited institution between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027; mechanical engineering is preferred, with chemical, aerospace, industrial, and electrical engineering also considered.
• Travel as needed, spend up to seven months on field/service-shop assignments, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, process-improvement focus, adaptability, dependability, communication, and computer skills.
