Route Sales Associate

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site route sales role with PepsiCo in Gunnison, CO, serving local retail stores and distributing Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and other products.
• Drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, collect proof of delivery when required, unload products, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory.
• Order product and maintain daily records using provided tools; build store-manager relationships to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
• Requires applicants to be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, obtain additional state-required licensures, and frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Sunday–Thursday schedule, 4 AM start, end time when work is completed; $64,000 annual target pay plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.
