Routing and Dispatch Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinate daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch for propane delivery drivers and service technicians in supported locations.
• Use route optimization software, scheduling processes, reporting tools, and dashboards to improve field resource utilization and operational metrics.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for routing infrastructure and scheduling optimization while collaborating with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership.
• Requires a high school diploma, 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch, and prior driver routing and/or technician dispatching experience.
• Requires compliance with pre-employment drug screening, criminal background checks, and substance-abuse testing; safety-sensitive federal-contractor restrictions apply.
