RS Avionics Installer II - Weekend Shift

Job Description

• Install, modify, fabricate, terminate, ring out, and functionally test avionics wiring, electrical components, wire harnesses, fixtures, and associated equipment under minimal supervision.
• Follow blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings, applicable regulatory requirements, customer specifications, FOD, tool control, 5-S, and safety programs.
• Maintain required logs and records, complete work within allotted time frames, inspect work for defect-free assembly, and maintain an orderly work area.
• Requires a High School Diploma/GED plus either 2 years of accredited aviation-electronics schooling or 2 years of related work experience, or an accredited avionics certificate plus 1 year of related experience.
• Full-time, on-site weekend-days role in Appleton, WI: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; work 36 hours and get paid for 40; up to 25% travel; no Gulfstream work-visa sponsorship unless already sponsored by Gulfstream.
