Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role at Victra’s retail store in Highlands Ranch, CO, within the wireless telecommunications and retail sales industry.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service, product benefits, and solution recommendations.
• Serve as a guest advocate, resolve customer issues, create personal connections, and make technology simple for customers.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience preferably in retail or sales, legal authorization to work in the U.S., and age 18 or older.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, November–December, and peak vacation periods; must lift 10 pounds, stand for long periods, and complete four-day NHU training within 30 days of starting.
• Average annual compensation is $40,000–$64,000, consisting of a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.
