Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Description

• Full-time, primarily office-based Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator role with occasional site visits and community events in Hudson Valley, NY.
• Support sales by following up on prospective customers, estimates, proposals, preparing draft proposals, and organizing project information.
• Coordinate consultations, HVAC and boiler installations, service calls, energy assessments, airflow testing, diagnostics, permits, and inspections.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales opportunities, communicate rebates and timelines, and support customer satisfaction and outreach.
• Requires strong organization, follow-through, communication, writing, initiative, independent work ability, and interest in sustainability, building science, and electrification; HVAC experience is not required.
