Job Description

• Hybrid, full-time Sales Development Associate role in Bethesda, MD, supporting financial advisors in the financial services industry.
• Develop client pipelines and new relationships through outbound calls, prospecting, networking, community involvement, centers of influence, and niche development.
• Maintain prospect data, analyze sales and product-market information, execute branch business-development strategies, and support marketing programs and sales content.
• Participate in seminars, road shows, branch presentations, conference calls, point-of-sale support, and other advisor sales functions while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Requires a bachelor's degree, three years of financial-services experience or an approved equivalent combination, and SIE and Series 7 licensing requirements; salary range is $35,568-$120,000.
