Sales Enablement Co-op- Remote

Job Description

• Full-time, 5-month remote Sales Enablement Co-op with Optum/UnitedHealthcare, available anywhere in the U.S., starting July 6, 2027.
• Support agent onboarding, licensing and appointments, training delivery and assessment, and workforce-management activities for a dynamic insurance call center.
• Create schedules, monitor attendance and schedule adherence, maintain records, produce management reports, resolve dependency issues, and support ad hoc projects.
• Applicants must be pursuing and actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, seeking academic credit, and cannot be graduating seniors; preferred fields include Business, Communication, Mathematics, Healthcare, or Insurance.
• Requires basic Microsoft Office skills, availability for 40 hours per week during 8am–10pm ET operating hours, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, a PHI-compliant remote workspace, adherence to the Telecommuter Policy, and successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
• Compensation is $18–$32 per hour.
