Sales Enablement Consultant

Job Description

• Athene is hiring a Sales Enablement Consultant in West Des Moines, IA; work mode is not specified and the position is full-time.
• Own Sales onboarding and development experiences for assigned distribution teams, including curricula, learning paths, assessments, reinforcement activities and manager coaching resources.
• Lead complex enablement programs and the Enablement experience for Athene’s Retail Sales internship, from strategy and design through implementation, adoption and evaluation.
• Consult with Sales leaders and managers to diagnose capability gaps and recommend practical learning, process, technology or manager-led solutions.
• Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, experience managing complex learning or enablement programs, strong consulting/project/change-management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with learning-management, CRM, sales-enablement, video and AI-enabled productivity tools, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
