Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Sales Support Specialist role with Sweetwater Sound in Fort Wayne, IN; relocation to the campus is required.
• Support Sales Engineers by performing administrative and organizational activities, providing timely follow-up, and handling phone and email support.
• Create quotes and invoices while helping deliver smooth, impressive customer and colleague experiences.
• No prior product or industry knowledge is required; experience with Sweetwater’s internal systems and processes, specifically 4D, is a plus.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication, people skills, empathy, self-motivation, attention to detail, urgency, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
