Job Description

• Full-time Sales & Clinical Training Manager role at Zimmer, Inc. supporting orthopedic robotics solutions in the medical technology/medical device industry; work mode is not specified and the listed location is United States.
• Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive sales and clinical training programs covering product knowledge, surgical workflows, orthopedic procedures, and robotics technology.
• Build blended learning programs using e-learning, in-person workshops, virtual sessions, LMS resources, digital training tools, and AI training tools; manage rollout, logistics, assessments, competency tracking, and program metrics.
• Provide virtual and practical clinical support, product troubleshooting, and technical guidance while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Clinical Education, MRX, and R&D teams.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years, Associate's Degree plus 6 years, or High School Diploma/equivalent plus 8 years of relevant experience; preferred 5+ years in program management, training development, or sales enablement within medical devices or healthcare, plus instructional design/adult learning certification and up to 40% travel.
• Compensation: $125,000–$157,000 USD annually.
