Sales Training Manager

Job Description

• Sales Training Manager responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sales and clinical training programs supporting orthopedic robotics solutions.
• Creates product, surgical workflow, and robotics curricula through e-learning, in-person workshops, virtual sessions, LMS resources, and AI training tools.
• Manages training rollout, live facilitation, assessments, competency tracking, logistics, resource allocation, and program effectiveness measurement.
• Requires a qualifying Bachelor's, Associate's, or high school education pathway with 4, 6, or 8 years of relevant experience; preferred 5+ years in medical devices or healthcare training/program management.
• Requires LMS and digital training tool experience, instructional design or adult learning certification, medical device regulatory compliance familiarity, competitive CT robotic systems knowledge, and up to 40% travel.
