SAP Sales and Distribution/ Order Management Manager - Communications (CMT)

Job Description

• Manager/Senior Manager role leading large-scale SAP SD Order Management, billing, customer revenue, and Order-to-Cash transformation programs in the Communications, Media & Technology and Communications industries.
• Own program governance, timelines, budgets, risks, solution architecture, multiple workstreams, and cross-functional consultant, developer, and client teams across geographies, business units, and sales channels.
• Deliver SAP S/4HANA solution design covering order capture, orchestration, ATP, back-order processing, contracts, scheduling agreements, pricing, allocations, fulfillment, and integrations with FI-AR, EWM, TM, CRM/CX, CPQ, Manufacturing, Planning, eCommerce, and customer-service platforms.
• Lead functional specifications, configuration and test documentation, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, process optimization, automation, self-service, fulfillment visibility, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Requires experienced SAP SD Order Management leadership, deep OTC expertise, client relationship and mentoring skills; travel may range from 0% to 100% based on business and client needs. Location listed as Beaverton, OR (+42 others); work mode not specified.
