Job Description
• Manage SBA relationships and the SBA loan portfolio in partnership with assigned Relationship Managers.
• Retain and expand existing Business Banking client relationships while contributing to profitability and growth.
• Analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive written analyses, manage credit quality and credit risk, and respond to customer or prospect credit questions.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and five to eight years of Business Banking experience; SBA lending or SBA portfolio management experience is preferred.
• Hybrid role requiring work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week; salary range is $111,095.00–$130,700.00.
