Job Description
• Coordinate caregiver coverage, schedules, call-outs, replacements, and staffing gaps for approximately 80–120 patient cases.
• Maintain accurate patient and scheduling records while assisting with insurance authorizations and administrative processes.
• Communicate by phone with patients, caregivers, Case Managers, and insurance partners, addressing concerns and escalations empathetically.
• Requires 2+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, healthcare coordination, patient services, case management, customer service, call centers, sales, or a similar phone-intensive role.
• Full-time, direct-hire, on-site position in New York, NY; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with possible overtime; bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience accepted in lieu of education.
