Job Description

• Full-time, office-based Client Coordinator position with Maxim Healthcare Services in Jeffersonville, IN.
• Coordinate and confirm client, patient, and caregiver schedules while maintaining accurate availability, correspondence, and assignment records.
• Ensure caregiver placements meet compliance and contract requirements and collaborate with internal teams on staffing and client satisfaction.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of collaborative team experience, Microsoft Office/internet/email proficiency, and satisfaction of all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Pays $22.00–$23.00 per hour plus $2,000 annual bonus potential; healthcare services industry.
