Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Scheduling Coordinator role in Plainfield, IL, reporting to the Operations Manager within the residential and commercial painting/home-services industry.
• Coordinate painting project schedules, crews, customer logistics, project progress, materials, job costing, invoices, payments, and project documentation.
• Requires 2+ years of scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience; construction, trades, or home-services experience is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication is required, along with strong organization, communication, customer-service, technology, reliability, and punctuality skills.
• Compensation is $40,000–$55,000 annually based on experience; Monday–Friday daytime hours.
