Job Description
• Direct the after-school childcare program at AJ Smith Elementary School in Union Springs, NY, during the 2026–2027 school year.
• Facilitate Healthy Kids Curriculum activities including fitness, STEAM, academics, art, group activities, and homework completion.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, fun environment and serve as a positive role model for children ages 5–12.
• Follow state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies while supporting attendance, registration, and staffing operations.
• Requires an applicable associate degree plus 2 years of experience with children under 13 and 1 year of supervision, or an alternative college/credential pathway; health clearance including TB screening is required.
