Scrum Master - Digital Infrastructure

Job Description

• Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile software development teams within Rockwell Automation’s digital infrastructure and IT applications environment.
• Coach teams in Agile, Lean, ScrumXP, and SAFe practices; facilitate scrum ceremonies and promote self-management, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, communicate status, remove execution roadblocks, and protect teams from distractions and scope creep.
• Manage large IT application projects and optimize team and program performance through best practices, workshops, and presentations.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, and typically 5+ years of relevant experience; hybrid work is based in Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI.
