Job Description
• Lead Agile/Scrum execution for ServiceNow platform and solution-development efforts within the OIG/OCIO federal IT environment.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily Scrum, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives, release planning, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Coordinate sprint goals, priorities, commitments, capacity, dependencies, impediments, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and releases across technical and Government stakeholder teams.
• Requires an active Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification such as Security+ CE or equivalent, a Bachelor’s degree, Scrum Master certification, 4+ years of Agile/Scrum, software delivery, or IT project coordination experience, and 2+ years of Scrum Master or delivery-lead experience.
• Hybrid role based in Alexandria, VA; assignment is scheduled for October 6, 2026 through May 7, 2027, contingent upon contract funding; pay range is $120,000-$140,000.
