Job Description
• Scrum Master supporting SAFe Agile delivery teams in an enterprise technology environment focused on platform and integration work.
• Hybrid, full-time role in Deerfield Beach, FL, requiring facilitation of stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives, PI Planning, and PI execution events.
• Serves as a servant leader by removing impediments, improving flow and predictability, maintaining backlogs and action items, and promoting SAFe best practices and continuous improvement.
• Requires SAFe Agile certification such as SSM or equivalent, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), demonstrated SAFe team experience, and Azure DevOps experience; uses ServiceNow for light administrative and financial data entry.
• Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year; company: StevenDouglas.
