Job Description
• Lead and coach high-performing, cross-functional Scrum teams delivering Agile software products, including AI/ML capabilities.
• Facilitate Scrum events, manage impediments, improve workflows, and advance Agile practices across the organization.
• Apply strong Jira expertise across workflows, boards, dashboards, and reporting, while supporting PI Planning in scaled or multi-team environments.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner, business analysis experience, and an active Secret Security Clearance.
