Job Description
• Full-time Scrum Master position with United Airlines in Chicago, IL; work mode is not specified.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, resolve dependencies, and coach Agile teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee sprint-goal and release-timeline delivery using velocity, burndown, and cycle-time metrics; lead retrospectives and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 4+ years in technology development roles; a Master’s degree and CSM certification are preferred.
• Requires Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps experience, strong Scrum/Kanban knowledge, legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and a base pay range of $112,480–$146,540 plus potential bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation.
