Job Description
• CACI is hiring a full-time, regular Scrum Master in Washington, DC for federal cloud modernization initiatives; work mode is not specified.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, maintain Agile cadence, remove impediments, and support delivery of high-quality software increments.
• Partner with Product Owners and technical leads on backlog health, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint execution, and definition-of-done compliance.
• Coach cross-functional teams toward maturity, accountability, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and self-management.
• Requires U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience, and strong Agile/Scrum expertise; CSM or equivalent certification and federal/cloud modernization experience are desired. No security clearance is required to start.
