Seasonal PT SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise, train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production, attendance, productivity, accuracy, and customer service in a warehouse environment.
• Manage department resources and maintain operational output, accuracy, efficiency, safety, and compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
• Facilitate employee orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans.
• Requires the ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs., work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; management experience and a Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent are preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.; seasonal, part-time position in Saugus, MA, paying $26.25/hr–$42.65/hr.
