Security Control Center Operator

Job Description

• Full-time Security Control Center Operator supporting Missile Defense Agency security operations in Colorado; work mode is not specified.
• Monitor integrated electronic security systems, including intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV, and serve as the primary communications point for security and emergency operations.
• Coordinate incident, emergency, and alarm responses; dispatch security personnel; communicate medical, fire, and emergency information; and assist first responders.
• Maintain operational logs, incident documentation, attendance rosters, activity reports, and after-action documentation while supporting compliance with security and emergency-response protocols.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED, minimum six months of alarm-monitoring experience or one year in access control/security operations/related work, ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, and current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
